In this unified living loft and art studio, the early 20th century character of the shell was restored. Within the space, an entirely new kit-of-parts featured an attitude towards detail both primitive and precise. The floor was covered with a completely uniform epoxy/urethane finish. The partitions are covered in joint compound, establishing a 3D abstract gray field as a background for the artwork.
